Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Sozo (“Sozo,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service description

Sozo turns a team's standard operating procedures into reliable AI automation. You record a procedure once, and Sozo runs the same steps across websites and internal tools, one at a time, in batches or from code. Our services include recording procedures, running and replaying them, an audit trail of every run, and detecting when a website or tool changes so we can propose a fix for your approval.

3. Early access

Sozo is currently offered through a waitlist and early access. Features, limits and pricing may change as the product develops, and some features may be offered on a trial or preview basis.

4. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keep your account credentials, and any credentials you give Sozo for other systems, secure.
  • Tell us immediately about any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sozo to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including privacy, data protection and computer access laws.
  • Access websites, accounts or systems you are not authorized to use.
  • Submit information about other people without a lawful basis or their authorization.
  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent or deceptive content.
  • Impersonate individuals or organizations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

You are responsible for making sure the procedures you record, and the websites and tools they use, are ones you are allowed to automate.

6. Approvals and results

When a website or tool changes, Sozo flags the affected step and proposes a fix. A fix is applied only after you, or someone you authorize, approves it. You are responsible for the approvals you give and for reviewing results before relying on them for decisions.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through Sozo, including recorded procedures, run inputs and results, replays and audit trails. We process your data only to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

8. Intellectual property

The Sozo platform, including its design, code and documentation, is owned by Sozo and protected by intellectual property laws. Using our services does not give you ownership of any Sozo intellectual property. The procedures and content you create belong to you.

9. Third-party websites and services

Your procedures interact with third-party websites and tools, and we rely on third-party providers to deliver our services. Your use of third-party websites and tools is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of third-party websites or services.

10. Service availability

We work to keep Sozo highly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sozo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. When your account ends, your right to use the service ends immediately. You can ask us to export your data before your account is closed.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will tell you about material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

14. Contact
